Unfortunately, due the nature of most of our products, we do not accept returns for ANY of our products once they have been delivered.

However, a refund may be applicable depending on the situation of your order. If an issue about an order is not reported to us within 72 hours after the delivery of your toy, we may not honor your refund depending on the issue.

Before removing your toy from it's sealed packaging, be sure to confirm the configuration, coloration, size and firmness is correct. If you notice a problem with your order, please contact us immediately!

Cancellations can certainly be made. If you would like to cancel your order, we advise reaching out to us immediately. Cancellations made after 48 hours may be subject to a restocking fee if your toy has already been manufactured. Our restocking fee is 40% of the toys total price, not including shipping.

Changes to your order can only be made within the first 24 hours of placing your order. If you would like to make a change after 24 hours, you may be subject to our restocking fee if we've already manufactured your toy. If you would like to make a change to your order please contact us and reference your order number.
